FCM recently added a replacement cost
estimator for Manufactured and Mobile Homes. We recognized the need to provide a replacement cost estimator for the unique market of manufactured homes and we responded to that by adding the MMH estimator to our MSB Cost Estimator product. We are confident that this will help FCM, our agents and our insureds by providing specific and more accurate replacement cost figures for non-traditional structures. Agents can access our cost estimator through the secure "Agents" section of our website .

On October 1, 2006, Friends Cove Mutual began live operations of a new document imaging system and started the process of scanning all active and in-force policies into our new imaging software. This process of scanning in-force policies will continue over the course of a 12-month period, as each policy renews, and by October 1, 2007, we expect to have every policy imaged. Utilizing document imaging will not only increase our efficiency and ability to access policy information, but will, in time, allow us to provide greater access to policy information to our insureds and agents alike. |
