Friends Cove Mutual is pleased at the warm reception our new quoting system has received among you, our agents. Since the new quoting system launch on June 3rd, we have made many enhancements and ease of use improvements, and we continue to do so as we find ways to make the quoting experience better and better.
One of those improvements has been the addition of a LiveChat function. We have an underwriter on duty at all times during normal business hours, so if you have a question about how to proceed with a quote or a question about a risk, just click on the LiveChat icon, and you will be connected to an underwriter who will be happy to answer your question. We realize that you don't always want to pick up the phone, or perhaps you have a question that you would rather discuss in a more private forum - LiveChat is the answer to those problems.
We couldn't be happier with the product we have in place, but we know it's not the final product. Rather, it's a continuing evolution in the service we can provide to our agents. So, use it and tell us what you like and what you don't like about it. We want to hear from you, and we'll do our very best to make changes that you want, and that are feasible to implement.
